Very nice, big rooms and friendly staff (especially at the reception).

Basicly the hotel in the middle of nothing - but who cares? It's nice, and if you wish to have lots of restaurants/museums next to you, you will probably not chose it ;)

Somehow difficult to find even with gps. Some more direction signs could help.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet surrounding, it was a perfect choice, instead of Bled's noise and crowd. The hotel is beautiful, very stylish, modern and clean. The wellness area was awesom! The supper, which was included in the price, was luxurious.

We arrived 5 P.M., and our room wasn't ready! We had to wait more then half an hour. We were offered to buy coffee, until we waited - in the end, the receptionist girl paid it... It wasn't a good first impression!!!

Good atmosphere, great design, very comfortable, and the whole surrounding area is admirable. I hope to return to this hotel soon

Room very nice, good value for the money. breakfast is only till 09.30 ??? which is not convenient for relaxed stay. welness is too small and they charge extra for sauna (???). hotel does not have anything to do with castle though. it is a modern and nice hotel but do not expect to have the castle feeling. surrounding is quiet and nice for relaxing.

We were 2 couples, stayed at Hotel Drnca for two nights. Very modern hotel in a beautiful countryside setting. Helpful staff, very good breakfast, nice swimming pool, very clean, great TV/internet.

Recommended only for visitors with a car, not very close to Bled. Architecture quite bizarre with a porch running all along the rooms without separation. The bed has very sharp corners, you must be very careful when walking in the room. The sliding door of the bathroom didn't close completely.Dinner we had there was just ok, but no more than that, despite the beautiful presentation of the plates.

Location, cleaning, swiming pool.

The size of the bed was too small for me. I would preffer a king size bed. You should put more signs on the road, indicating the way to the hotel. It is very hard to find it.

Staff is friendly and helpfull, very calm hotel exept at w-e (they organise wedding parties, very noisy all night!!!). Breakfast is very good and dinner is corret exept dessert! Good situation near the Triglav park, Bled and Bohinj lake, and not far away from Ljubliana.

I didn't appreciate at all the wedding parties of the saturday night because they didn't advise you before wich is not correct! Our room (suite 107) was just above the restaurant,it was our last nigh and we were not able to sleep neither the children before past 2'oclock am and the next day drive 1300km back home... They didn't apologize and we ask for some reduction for this night but they refuse it!!! It's a shame when you so much money for a room. Plus sauna is not free of charge wich is not normal in 4 star hotel!!!

We went to H&C Drnca to have rest with our 6 months-old baby and were in search of quiet and fresh mountain air : that was exactly what we needed (nice landscape, silent surroundings, horses and forest right outside the hotel, little countryside roads for biking, large and comfortable terraces at the hotel...). We were happy to spend there one week and it is not sursprising that Slovenians choose this place for wedding parties, as we saw. The staff was very kind and professional, they were especially nice and helpful with our baby. By the way, rooms have a good sound insulation, since the next door neighbours didn't hear our baby in the night.

Our choice was a full board stay : the food sometimes was not exactly at the expected level though the diversity was satisfying. What a pity not offering local genuine products such as fruits or cheese... The other little deception was that the cleaning staff several times forgot to replace soaps or toalet paper, but again they were very nice and they spontaneously provided us with an extra mattress for the baby.

It was a very modern beautiful facility. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The meals were very good.

The only downfalls for the hotel was the comfort of the beds and their location.

The location is beautiful, the room was nice. Although it is not a castle nor a palace the hotel is convenient, but new. So don't expect something old.

Very friendly staff- always smiling and very helpfull. Both hotel and the surroundings are very quiet and picturesquely. The hotel has an unusual high finish and very very clean.
